Dark Chocolate and Nuts Tart

It's summer and raining season.

It's so humid to bake cookies and cakes..

I think Tart is a fantastic dessert that I love to make for my family and friends.

Ingredients

Anything is possible in your refrigerator...

For the fillings ;

A handful of steamed red beans.

A handful of dark chocolates, diced

A handful sunflower seeds, oatmeals, almonds, pistachios

2 Tablespoons yellow sugar

2 Tablespoons or more Mayple syrup

For the pastry;

5 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil

1/2 cup yellow sugar

2 cups whole wheat flour

Zest of tangerine

2 egg yolks

2 tablespoons cold low fat milk

This time, I skipped the 1st step of tart baking.

Preheat the oven 170 degrees Celsius

And bake for 35 minutes.
