Rice Quiche & Rice Casserole

It's a comfortable Sunday morning..

I tried quiche and casserole used by left over rice.

Ingredients;

Leftover steamed rice

2 eggs

A pinch of salt

Pizza cheese, vegetables in refrigerator

Leftover sweet corns

Some tomato sauce

A handful of sliced rice cake

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius

Bake about 25 minutes for Rice Quiche and bake for 30 minutes for Rice Casserole.
