Same-Old Days ,Same-Old Meals.

According to Michael Y.Park on Epi, the average British family makes and eats the same six meals in rotation.

Moreever, 98 percent of them never strayed from those six dishes.

And a whopping 78 percent of the families said they always get the exact same things every time they go to the supermarket.

I'd guess that American list or Korean list might look like....

Just a few minutes ago, I went to the shopping in the supermarket which is located near my home.

I reviewed my basket precisely.

There were some vegetables, pork, fiish, season's fruits, tofu, mushrooms, and milk, etc.

Those are the same old , same old....
