Feel Good Chicken Broth

한식이라고 시부모님 모시고 아침일찍 멀리 나가는 남편을 위해,

담백하면서도, 고단백, 저지방 slow food.

It makes me feel like a million dollars after I'd eaten it, said by Jamie Oliver.

Ingredients;

3 pieces of chicken breast ( 손질된거 ),washed through hot water and drained.

Roughly chopped carrots.

1 bundle of mushroom.

Some splash of herb ( Basil and Oregano )

Some chopped cucumber.

Put your chicken, carrotsand all ingredients in a small cook-pot.

Cover with water and bring to the boil.

Turn the heat down and simmer slowly for 2 hours.







It's so easy and healthful slow food.
