Ethicurean and Locavore ?

Do you know the meaning of these two words?

If you're a professional chef or up-to-date food site blogger, maybe you already have known that.

But, I knew them recently.

I had occasion to know that meaning through the my favorite internet site.

I'd like to share this information with you including my family, my friends and whoever visits my blog.

The definition of Ethicurean is, the team of bloggers on the site define it as

" Someone who seeks out tasty things that are also sustainable, organic, local, and/ or ethical,

SOLE food, for short."

Locavore, maybe you have heard this word on the internet news last year, 2007.

loca means local, vore means eat...

Those who locavorewould only buy ingredients produced within a 100- mile radius

The New Oxford American Dictionary announced its word of the year for 2007,

It's " Locavore "

Who knows?

Ethicureanmight replace locavore as this year's word of the year.

Do you want to be an Ethicurean ?

Of course, I wanna be, but it probably costs high ^^
