I used "frozen Harim Chicken". Before baking it, I left it for 2 hoursat room temperature, soaked in milk,seasoned with2Ts of soybean sauce, 1Ts of salt, sugar, and oligosccharide.
Preheat oven to 250 degree celsius, place the chicken on abowl lined with paper foil, and bake it until browned,30 minutes. Removeand let it cool.
Iprepared a Korean style hot peper sauce in advance.
It was cool!
