Mocha and red bean scone

I hinted this item from my favorite cooking blog. Of course, it is never the copy of it. I changed it totally except using coffee.

Ingredients

200 g weak flour

20 g butter

20 g olive oil

20 g yellow sugar

1 egg

40 g milk

1 ts coffee

1 ts baking powder

one handful of peanuts.

Some oatmeals

40 g sweetened red bean paste

I skipped the salt...

Preparation

In a medium sized bowl, mix all dry ingredients; sifted flour, baking powder and sugar.

Stir coffee in the heated milk, stir the egg and then mix with all ingredients

Make dough, flatten and cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celcius.

On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough and cut into shape

Bake for 20 minutes
