It's a real white Christmas today! (Of course,therewas temporary snow fall during lunch time.)
Actually, I would like to bake these cook!es last evening, but I couldn't do that because too heavy my eye lashes...I fell asleep during watching the DVD with my family, Kungfu Panda.^^
It's a real busy Christmas today! my family including my two sons had to paint entire our home walls. It took about 3 hours and 30 minutes and then I made these cook!es.
Ingredients
300 g weak flour
15 g cocoa powder
100 g yellow sugar
100 g room temperature melted butter.(I reduced it a half compared to the original recipe.)
1 egg
15 g sugar powder
* I skipped salt.
Preparation
1. Using electric mixer, beat meltedbutter and sugar powderin a large bowl.
2.Add egg and sugar untilwell blendedand melted completely.
3.Addallflour mixture into No.2
4.Gather dough into ball and flatten into disk shape.
5. Wrap disk inplasticand put into the refrigerator.(until firm, at least 1hour.)
6. Left stand at room temperature 10 minutes before rolling out.
7. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
8. Roll out disk and cut out cook!es using decorative cook!e cutters.
9. Bake about 15 minutes.
10. Cool completely and then decoratewhatever you want.
