Madeleine for Invitation
Yesterday evening, my family was invited to my elder sister's house. She and her husband invited us for a kind of fairwell dinner. So, I'd like togo there with something heartful and my yougest son suggested me making madeleines.
This recipe is not different from previous one.
Ingredients
150 g weak flour
3 eggs
1 ts baking powder
120 g melted butter
75 g yellow sugar
15 g sweetened cocoa powder (This is an only variation from previous recipe)
10 g honey
* I skipped salt!
Preparation
1. Melt the butter in a pot
2. Mix eggs, sugar and honey
3. Put the melted butter into 2
4. Put the flour and baking powder into 3 and mix well.
5. Put batter into the madeleine frame.
6. Preheat the oven to 17 degrees Celsius and bake for 15 minutes until dark brown.
It was welcomed by my sister's family.
Enjoy it and have a wonderful Sunday...
