Birthday Icecream Cake

The day after tomorrow is my 2nd son's birthday, so I baked a chocolate sponge cake and decorated it with home-made icecream.

It's so sweet and scrumptious...

Ingredients;

4 eggs

75 g yellow sugar, divided

1Ts home-made yogurt

25 g melted butter

25 g chocolates

100 g strong flour ( instead of weak flour )

15 g unsweetened cocoa

1 tablesoon vanilla extract

Bake about 35 minutes in the preheated oven 160 degrees.

Decrates with Whipped cream and chocolate.
