myradiol 2008. 3. 30. 07:36

I have known thistitle of articleon my favorite Ei-logger , Ethan Book at Epicurious.

I'd like to share this topic with myfriends and my blog visitors whoever interested in food and eating.

# 1. Meat - I think it's relatively possible, but too expensive,

There is a very reasonable good way that is becoming vegeterian.

Farmer Ethan insists this is why he is raising meat..

# 2. Dairy - Relatively possible, but difficult and expensive.

Resolution ison theway to vegans.

# 3 . Coffee - Relatively possible , but difficult to find out 100 % organic.

Think about Fair Trade bandwagon.

# 4. Peaches - 45 pesticides appllied... Unbelievable..

# 5. Apples - Tree fruits are hard to grow... partially possible to eat organic with pay more much.

My most favorite fruits~ , I've tried and will try it ever.

# 6. Sweet Bell Peppers( 우리가 피망, 파프리카로 부르는것들 )

- Only five less pesticides may have been used than on peaches.

It's a terrible news..

# 7.Celery - The lack of skin on celery gives those pestcides direct access.

# 8. Strawberries - He says buying in season is as important as organic, I agree that.

# 9. Lettuce - It's possible if we pay more much

#10. Grapes - It's reasonable, thin skin, pesticides.

#11. Potatoes -They grow underground and could be contaminated by things added to the soil.

It could be sense to other underground vegetables such as sweet potatoes, beans, etc

#12. Tomatoes- make sense, I'll try it
