Series of Vegetable soup ; Broccholi,Sweet potato, Potato, Kidney bean, etc
These are last weekdays' hot vegetable soup series.
I changed some ingredients day by day, sweet potatoes, potatoes, kidney beans , etc.
And I also changed basic oil from olive oil to butterday by day.
I was inspired it by Helen Nearing's naturalism and slow cooking method which is mentioned before other day..
Ingredients;
Anything is possible,whatever in your refrigerator... I think.
I added some vegetable juice whichis not my favorite, but expirydate has come...
2 Tablespoon olive oil or other vegetable oil or butter
1onion, chopped
Broccolis, potatoes, sweet potatoes, steamed kidney beans. carrots, mushrooms, chopped.
1/2 cup of vegetable juice
3 cups of water or more..
A little bit of pepper ,herb and salt
Sliced traditional rice cake ( 떡국떡 )
Get a pot and heat up oil , then add chopped onions and stir until light brown orsoften
Add water and all vegetables ( chopped )
Stir and stir on low heat, addwater and stir about 2 or 3 hours.
Add vegetable juice, and stir
Seasoning with some pepper, salt and herb.... these are not essential.
Add some sliced rice cake.
Sprinkle some bread crumbs and other...
And serve and enjoy
