Chestnut Walnut Tangerine rice cake ; The one and only recipe

There are various kinds of recipe for pound cake.

Recently, I received one box of chestnuts as a holiday gift.

So, I made up mind to use those chestnuts for making bread.

This morning, I did it, I mixed three different recipes of usual pound cake for this recipe.

This is the oneand only recipe for myself !

Ingredients;

1 cup weak flour, 1 cup rice flour, 1/2 cup corn flour

1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 stick (70 g ) butter, room temperature softened, 10 g butter separated.

2 medium eggs.

1 Tablespoon milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla powder.

Some walnuts, chopped and toasted.

Some chestnuts, steamed and peeled off.

Tangerine zest ( 귤 한개를 손으로 짜주었다 )

3 Tablespoon sugar, divided.

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

Preparation;

Preheat oven to 170 degree celsius

Stir together butter, 2 Tablespoon sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy,

Then beat eggs 1 at a time until blended, beat milk, tangerine zestand vanilla

Add flour mixure ( all flour and baking soda and powder )




Toss together nuts, cinnamon, 10 g butter and remaining 1 Ts sugar in a small bowl.



Spread half of batter in pan and sprinkle with half of nuts mixture ( 2번 반복, evenly )




Bake until golden, about 35 minutes and cool.






I wondered how itwould be done.

But, it was very sweet and exceptional ~ it's a beyond of my expression.
