Vinegared rice stuffed in fried bean curd ( Tofu ); Quick, Easy, Kids-friendly

내일 ( 아니 오늘 아침 ) 둘째가 1박 2일로 캠프를 간다며, 점심을 싸야한단다.

그래서 유부초밥을 하기로.

근데, 시판 양념만 하기에는 조금 서운해서, 양파와 소시지를 첨가,

그리고 남은 밥은 김초밥으로...

우선 사진만 올리고, 자세한 설명은 ASAP...

Ingredients;

1/2 pieces of finely chopped onions,

2 handful of roughly sliced sausages( prepared in boiling water and drained)

Smashedbaked sea weeds.

Pre-cookedTofusets ( 시판 초밥세트 )

4 cups of steamed white rice (mixed with a little black rice )

1 ts olive oil

Prepare ;

Heat olive oil in large frying fan over medium heat.

Addonions and stiruntil golden brown color

and thenbakesausage lightlyabout one minute.








Whisk all ingredients in large bowl


and make a wanted form and fill it in the fried Tofu ( precooked )

Finally, put the sausage in the middle of rice stuff ; just a 'star' of the dish ( 화룡점정 !)


Lunch box and breakfastwere done~~
