Healthy living '' can add 14 years ''
Maybe you've already known this article through yesterday AP news.
I think it's a very encouraging and good news for ordinary people just like me and you.
Because its strategy is very simple just as taking exercise, drinking moderately, eating sufficient fruit and vegetables and not smoking can add as much as 14 years to your life....
Above mentioned category is rementioned as ;
1. Not currently smoking; I think this is the hardest category for smoker
2. Consuming between half of a glass and seven glasses of wine; It's a piece of cake ~
3. Eating five servings of fruit and vegetables each day ; simple ~
4. Not being inactive ; this means either sedentary occupation and taking half an hour of exercise a day , or simply having a non-sedentary job like a nurse or plumber ; it's not difficult ..
So, by not smoking, drinking alcohol in moderation, taking regular physical activity and eating a diet rich in fruit and vegetables, people can improve their chances of living longer.
Everyone has responsibility for their own health.
Through simple changes, people can make big difference in their lives that will have a direct impact on their health.
I have two siblings who can't quit smoking, my youger and older brothers.
Of course , I've seen their hard work to quit smoking, but it's not succeeded yet, on going now...
Habits and some addiction are the very burden something, I think..
It's aunderstandable situation.
Whenever I'm in the very stressful condition or under the weather, I realized that I seek to munch something such as puffed corn (강냉이 ) or carrot stick or very sweet food, etc...
It's a kind of bad habit to weaken my teeth and jaws.
But, I can't resist it sometimes.
Reduce and quit munching snacks ,It's one of the my New Year's resolutions.
