Responsibility

Last Sunday morning, I mentioned about my co-worker's dadhad passed away.

He is the chief officer of our department.

He had a chronic back pain caused by lumbar spinal stenosis for several years.

Unfortunately, his lumbar disk was ruptured yesterday and he is scheduled to undergo spinal surgery and hospitalized now.

So, I becamea temporarychief officer of our departmentregardless of my intention....

What a embarrassing situation~~

Ifelt veryhuge stones on my shoulder and stressful...

But, Idecided to turnmy stressfulthoughts and situation to the positive directions just as " MIN " strategy.
