mixed up muffin

Yesterday evening, whenI dropped by a bakery to buy some cook!es and muffinsfor a gift. I was surprised by the prices of them. I made this muffin with all kinds of ingredients in my cupboard. It's really simple but has an extraordinary flavor...

Ingredients

150 g flour

40 g honey instead of sugar

40 g grape seed oil instead of butter

50 g milk

1/2 ts baking powder

1/4 ts baking soda

one handful of red bean paste

1 Tssweetened tangerine

1 Ts cocoa powder

2 eggs

8 pieces of dark chocolates

Preparation

Mix oil and honey together in a large bowel, and then add eggs one by one by one.

Add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and all ingredients

Pour the mixture into the silicone mold.

Preheat the oven until 180 degrees Celsius.

Bake for 28 minutes.
