Saturday night baking

Actually, I baked this banana cake during last midnight.

These days, I feel bad forlosing my sensitivityto cooking and flavors.

Last Thursday, one of my co-workersbrought some nuts cake to share with our team. According to her, her new housekeeper baked well. It was a simple cake with nuts. It gave me nostalgia forcooking and baking.

Ingredients

200g weak flour

2 Bananas

2 Ts red bean paste

1 Ts yellow sugar

50 g room temperature melted butter

1/2 ts baking powder

1/4 ts baking soda

All ingredients were mixed up gently and then baked through preheated oven to 170 degrees Celsiusfor 30 minutes.
