Cravings

Note this diary was written last Saturday night...

Before entering this new workplace, Actually, I planned to work out at least 30 minutes a day in the evening by doing indoor bicycle or yoga. However, during the past 4 weeks, I could not have any time to do that. When I was driving home last night (it was one of the toughest days in last week.) I was really craving for running in the field and breathing fresh air. I felt my whole muscles and joints were rigid and even they seemed to tell me they wanted to go outside and take a deep breathing ...

So, this morning, after taking my youngest son to his school, I wore sweat suits and took a walk and runned along the track. Just 30 minutes working out made my heart feel so good. I was really refreshed. I found the very good place to run and walk which was located in my neighborhood. It was a well-made public health track and fields along the stream(it might be one of the tributaries to the Han river) besides there were stepping stones so I could get across it.

Better thing is that I could see the golden bells bloomed so early and feel the breath of spring. Now, I am getting to fond of this new community.
