Stir-fried Pork with soy sauce
I can't believe It's already February 1st.
Thinking of my past January, it'sa really struggling and hard time to me.(Of course, it's still going on now.^^)
Actually, I'd like to make someting special dish or very very sweet cook!es today, but I could not find out my baking tools and another ingredients at all. My new kitchen is quite small, so many plates and dishes are piled up and hidden from my eyesstill.
This dishwas really simple to make and prepare.
Ingredients
300 g pork, diced.
1 onion, chopped.
A bit of green onion, minced at an angle.
Chopped cabbage, a handful.
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce.
1 tablespoon of herb flavored salt,a pinch.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Sliced fish pastes(prepared in a boiling water to avoid oil)
Preparation
Heat the largesize offryingpan and put the olive oil evenly.
Put the soy sauce seasoned pork there andgently stir until completely cooked.
Add all kinds of prepared vegetables and put a pinch of salt.
Ibought this book last Friday with another novel...just want to escape from my current brick wall.
