Pumpkin and Cream Cheese Cake

It's really getting cool in the evening and morning.

I feel autumn is just around corner.Now, It's raining out there.

I missed sweet scent of bread baking.... so, I tried this recipe with cream cheese whichhas really lived long in my refrigerator.

Ingredients

40 g room temperature melted butter ( reduced its amount from 100 g on original recipe )

60 g cream cheese

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 tablespoon baking soda

2 eggs

45 g brown sugar

45 g dark chocolates, chopped

25 g milk ( instead of milk cream )

A handful of sweetened red bean

1 sweet pumpkin... steamed through microwave about 4 minutes


Preheat the oven to 170 degree Celsius

Bake untile light brown abotu 35 minutes.




Its texture is just like Chees cake, so sweet and tender

I preserved it in the refrigerator.

Enjoy it and Sunday evening.
