Pumpkin Chocolate Cluster Cookies

In these days, Korean sweet pumpin hasa really good flavor and very sweet.

Today's recipe is really easy and healthier than ever.

I skipped an egg and salt in this recipe.

Ingredients

150 g steamed pumpkin ( I used microwavefor 3 minutes )

1/2 cup room temperature melted butter

2/3 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoonbaking soda

A handful of dark chocolates, chopped

1 Tablespoon sunflower seed


Preheated oven to 170 degrees Celsius

Baked until light brown about 15 minutes



Completely cool and reserved on the refrigerator


My oldest son is a kind of picky eater,but he really praised these cookiesrepeatedly ^^

It's so sweet but not crispy, so I preserved them in the refrigerator.
