Almond and Dried persimon Biscotti ; Healthy

This is the second time for Biscotti.

I added some dried persimon and changed the base flour from pure rice to black rice powder and yellow bean flour.

And reduced the amount of sugar and salt than the previous method.

Other preparation skills are same as the previous method ( Please check the Jan. 5 recipe )

Ingredient ;

130 g powdered black rice and 30 g yellow bean flour

30g yellow sugar, 4 g baking powder, 2 g baking sod

2egg,20 g grape seed oil

50 g almonds ( bake 3 minutes before mixing )

4 dried persimon- chopped and sliced.




Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius

Bake about 15 minutes until light gold



After cooling about 10 minutes.

Slice the baked lump about 1.5 cm thickness.

Bake up side down , about 8 minutes each on preheated oven same temperature.



Biscottis are always severved with hot beverage such as coffee, hot chocolate, etc.




역시 바삭한 맛이 일품이다.

흑미 가루때문에 색깔은 좀 그렇지만, 곶감의 추가로 쫄깃한 맛이 숨어있다.

근데 이번에도 역시 두번째 굽기 전에 가루가 문제...

따끈한 커피가 당길때 적셔먹을수 있는 쿠키다.

물론 코코아도...
