I prefer simple and easy cooking during the weekdays.
Thisisthe third time that I made this recipe since I haveopened this blog.

Ingredients;
3 cups whole grain cereal
A handful of walnuts and pecans , chopped
1/4 C dried fruits peels
20 g honey, 60 g oligosaccharide, 20 g butter, 20 g Mayple syrup
Preparation ;
Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius
Mix cereal, walnuts, pecans and dried fruits in medium bowl.
Combinebutter, honey, andother syrup in heavy small saucepan.
Bring to boil, whisking constantly until mixture bubbles vigorously, about 1 minute.
Pourmixture over cereal mixture in bowl.
Stir to blend. Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
Press to compact
Bake until just golden around edges, about15minutes.
Cool completely& Cut
It's a perfect snack or can besimple meal substitude..

It reminds me korean traditional snack , 깨강정, 쌀강정,
Those have very similiar shape and recipe.
You can change any substitudes such as sesame, puffed corn, puffed bean, etc.
