Caramelized Tofu; High protein &quick, but~

This recipe was described as very quick and easy food with high protein ... at 101cookbooks.

Ingredients;

Extra-firm tofu cut into 1 -inch ( 실패의 원인이 여기인거 같다, 그냥 생식용두부를 썼더니 )

A couple pinches of fine-grain sea salt

A couple of splashes of olive oil

Some garlic powder, A handful cashewnuts ( instead of pecans )

A handful of lettuce, onion, cucumber , chopped

3 Tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation;

Cook the tofu strips in large hot skillet with a bit of salt and a splash of oil until slightly golden.

Add garlic powder and cashewnuts.

Stir in sugar and cook for another minutes.

Remove from heat

In the same pan, add oil and salt

Add lettuce, onion and cucumber , cook for 2-3 minutes with stirring for 2-3 minutes.







It's not kind of my type of food....

It's too sweet and greasy .

Traditional korean soysauce is better to fit my taste.
