오래간만에 치킨, 호박고구마. 감자 를 굽고,
엄마가 해주신, 그리고 선물로 받은 떡국떡으로 당면, 어묵을 넣어서 떡볶이를 했다.
물론, 매운걸 못먹는 식구들이라서, 고추장은 넣지 않고.
Ingredients;
1000g prepared chicken (soaked in milk and soybean sauce )
Some salt and herb mix.
5 potatoes and 2 sliced sweet potatoes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 220 degree celsius
Bake until golen brown , about 30 minutes.
Ingredient;
Sliced rice cakes, a handful of chineese noodles, 1/2 pack of Ramyun
Fish paste ( prepared with boiled water and drain )
1 Tablespoon soysauce, 1 Tablespoon sugar or honey, 1 Tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
Preparation ;
Mix all ingredient and boil until soft and fluffy
