It has been already three weeks since this tragedy happened. Regardingits causes, so many conjectures have been raised so far, according to the different calculations. At last, the sunken ship and dead bodies of missing sailors have been recovered last week though eight crewmembers remained missing. When I looked over the list of victims on the newspaper, I was surprised againwith their age. Most of them werein theirearly 20s or evenyounger. They were too young to go to the heaven. I also saw the pictures showing their parentsmourning loudly. I don't know howto express myfeelings. It can't be said by just one word such as sympathy or compassion. I have two teenage sons. Thinking of Korea's situation, young men cannot avoid the mandatory military service during their 20s to 30s, except for very rare specific cases. Although all human being's life and death are in God's hands, this tragic incident seemed to have gone too far. This kind of things might happen only in the Korean peninsula. Itwas not a natural disaster but rather an unexpected accident. Itwas an awfully sad thing. I'd like to express my condolence to all victims' families here.
