어제 만든 Jam crumb cake 의 가루가 아까와서,
Strawberry jam 을 넣어서, 흑미 머핀을 시도... Cooking is someting creative~
Ingredients;
40 g butter, room temperature melted, 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, 30 g sugar
100 g black-rice flour, 40 g weak flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder
40 g strawberry jam, 50 g milk, some cranberries for topping
& leftover crumbs
Preparation;
Whisk butter, yellow sugar and add egg until smooth
And mix flour and baking powder
Add strawberry jam and stir
Fill in muffin case and cup
Topping with leftover crumbs.
Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius
Bake until golden brown, about 27 mintues.
단면을 보여주지 못해 아쉽다.
흑미인데도, 구워낸후의 색깔은 마치 쑥가루로 빚은 비취색이라고나 할까...
달콤, 담백 함의 조화~~
역시 쌀가루는 나의 기대를 져버리지 않는다.
