커피와 어울리는 스콘 series 세번째다.
박력분과 통밀을 반반 으로 섞고, 전에 사둔 휘핑크림으로 생크림을 만들어서 시도.
허브는 바질, 오레가노, 파슬리, 그리고 계피가루도 약간.
Ingredients;
40 g butter ( cold, not melted ), 115 fresh cream, 6 baking powder,
Some salt, 30 g sugar, herb ( basil, oregano, parsley ) and cinnamon powder
100 weak flour , 100 whole wheat flour
Preparation;
Whisk together flour, baking powder, herb mixture, sugar and salt
Add cold chopped butter
Stir in fresh cream until form a sticky dough
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 5-6 times with floured hands.
Cut each into 8 wedges
Brush tops with additional fresh cream
Arrange wedge about 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet
Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius
Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes

약간 떫은 허브맛과, 달콤한 생크림의 조화
통밀로만 해도 괜찮을 듯....
