요즘처럼 몸과 마음이 모두 힘들때는 뭔가 달콤하고 깊은 맛을 그리워하게 된다.
Dark chocolate 의 bittersweet flavor 를 기대하며...
Ingredients;
70 g butter ( melted in room temperature ), 40 Dark Chocolate
40 whole-wheat flour and 100 weak flour. 15cocoa powder
40 yellow sugar (20 g less thanoriginal recipe ), 1 tablespoon bakingpowder
1 egg, a bit of vanilla extract andsalt.
60 g or more walnuts, pecans,fruitspeelsand sliced almonds...
Preparation;
Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer at high speed until pale and pluffy
Add egg and beating well after
Warm dark chocolate in a double broiler and add
Add vanilla extract
Whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt
Stir all mixture with walnuts, almonds, fruits peels and pecans
Drop heaping icecream scoops of dough 2 inches apart
Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius
Bake until golden brown, about 17 minutes, and cool
It's really bittersweet flavor ~~

시험 삼아 통밀 가루를 섞었는데, 담엔, rice flour 도 시도해볼만하다.
