Do you understand this meaning ?
This morning I read the news scriptthat " Burned foods " linked to cancers through internet BBC news.
Of course, this issue is well known to every ordinary people and cook for many years.
Researchers say women who eat crisps or chips every day may double their chances of ovarian or uterine cancer.
The main cause of issue is ' acrylamides ', chemicals produced when you fry, grill or roast a wide range of foods.
They also said it is virtually impossible to eliminated themfrom our diets altogether...
" Since acrylamide forms naturally in a wide variety of cooked foods, it's not possible to have a healthy, balanced diet that avoids it"
They said " General advice is to avoid overcooking when baking, frying or toasting carbohydrate-rich foods"
And others say " Women shouldn't be unduly worried by this news !"
I like the last sentence, because~~
I like eating foodsuch as crisp and golden brown colored rather than pale or smooth natured stuff.
and I have a family history of gastric cancer of my mom....
In our country, it is well knownto everybody that overcooked food is linked with gastric cancer.
I can't resist to crave eating well-baked brown colored food.....( My husbandis absolutelynot ^^ )
