I made this boiled chicken stew (not a typical samgyetang) two weeks ago. My older son told me he had never eaten these kinds of samgyetang since we moved in this area and he said that he was craving forlast year's cooking recipes...
Maybe you know, the recipe is really simple.
The ingredients are chicken, garlics, some oriental herbs and rices.
Afterfull simmering chicken with herbs and put the rice into the boiling water until completely cooked just like porridge.
Autumn is just around the corner.
I really hope 2nd half of this year would be lucky for me and my family.
Enjoy the last Sunday of August.
